Job Title: Data Architect

We are seeking a talented professional to design, oversee, and guide the implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures for enterprise-grade digital transformation projects.

This role will support active initiatives in data platforms, AI/ML, GenAI, and application modernization, ensuring data systems are optimized for analytics, governance, and AI-readiness.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS. Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and real-time/streaming architectures is essential. Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design robust, cloud-native data architectures (data lakes, data warehouses, real-time pipelines) aligned with business needs.
  • Provide architectural oversight on data projects, including modern data stack solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks).
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to align architecture with ongoing AI/ML and GenAI initiatives.
  • Define data modeling standards, governance policies, and data quality frameworks.
  • Consult on selection and integration of data tools, APIs, storage solutions, and metadata management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture.
  • Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and real-time/streaming architectures.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML pipelines or integrating with ML/GenAI models.

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS Certifications: Data Analytics Specialty, Solutions Architect Associate/Pro.
  • Familiarity with modern MLOps and GenAI frameworks.
  • Prior experience with public sector or regulated industry clients.
  • Experience in agile project environments and cross-functional collaboration.
