Exercise Physiologist Role Overview

This is a full-time Exercise Physiologist position based in Adelaide, SA. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will provide evidence-based rehabilitative exercise programs for clients across various settings including parks, gyms, homes, and aquatic centres.

You will also develop and implement tailored exercise physiology programs to meet the needs of your clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with insurers, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver exercise programs that cater to individual client needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to clients on exercise-related matters
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
  • ESSA accreditation
  • Driver's license
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Previous experience working with workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
