Casual Registered Nurses are required for a varied role in a clinical setting.
The position is located in Moruya and involves delivering person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and a multidisciplinary health care team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve quality patient care.
- Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement person-centered care with a commitment to quality improvement.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, prioritizing workload and maintaining integrity and accountability.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies and knowledge of nursing care in a multidisciplinary context.
- Effective communication skills through written and verbal means, and sound interpersonal skills.
