Job Title: Plant Operator - Dandenong Site

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our team at the Dandenong site. The successful candidate will operate earthmoving equipment, maintain a professional image, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate earthmoving equipment, including material handlers, frontend loaders, excavators, forklifts, and skid steers.
  • Maintain a professional image and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Inform and assist drivers and/or members of the public of proper placement for dumping loads to ensure effective spreading or compacting of waste or other materials.
  • Excavate, load, transport soil, gravel, and other materials to compact and/or cover waste in accordance with company/contractual requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions, or operating procedures and company regulations.
Requirements:
  • Front End Loader experience minimum.
  • RII's or certifications for Front End Loader, Excavator, Forklift, Skid Steer, and Material Handler.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced work environments with a strong work ethic.
  • Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Be exceptionally organized, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
  • Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Be a team player.
