About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based in Wonthaggi, Leongatha, and Phillip Island. You will work closely with our clients, employers, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes and make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employment plans that meet the needs of our clients
  • Build relationships with employers to secure job opportunities for our clients
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their employment goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer service
