Product Lifecycle Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Lifecycle Coordinator to manage product introductions, discontinuations, and packaging projects.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that printed packaging materials meet regulatory, quality, customer, and manufacturing standards.

You will collaborate across global and local teams to deliver compliant, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) and End-of-Lifecycle (De-Launch) processes
  • Oversee printed packaging materials throughout their lifecycle
  • Act as SME for printed materials during audits and investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
  • Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues
  • Couch and mentor Lifecycle Associates

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of GMP, change control systems, and regulatory labeling requirements (highly desirable)
