**Job Overview**We are seeking an experienced construction site supervisor to oversee multiple projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality onsite work. This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Manage site crews and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements
  • Develop and implement WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet their needs
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

**Requirements**
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a construction site supervisor
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in reading architectural drawings and plans, with a good understanding of construction methods and materials
  • A valid NSW Driver's License, White Card, and First Aid Certificate are essential
