Lead Early Childhood Educators

We are seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals to lead our team of early childhood educators in delivering high-quality education and care to children aged from birth to 5 years.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification, such as a teaching degree or childcare diploma, and be willing to study through a traineeship if necessary.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and professional environment with a supportive management team.

  • Develop and implement engaging and interactive learning programs for young children.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and healthy learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children aged from birth to 5 years.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid Blue Card to work with children.
  • Have own transport and be able to commute to Cleveland QLD 4163.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate including CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
  • Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • Be able to follow directions and work under the guidance of Centre Management.
