Bendon Lingerie, a renowned Australian brand with over 75 years of experience in empowering women to feel comfortable and confident, is seeking a highly skilled Lingerie Sales Professional for its MYER Sydney City Store. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Opportunity:

This part-time position involves working across 19 hours per week, encompassing various shifts including Mondays from 11:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesdays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, and Sundays from 11:00am to 7:00pm. The successful candidate will participate in a comprehensive 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified, ensuring they have an in-depth understanding of Bendon's approach and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized consultations to customers, utilizing expert product knowledge to provide bespoke solutions.
  • Engage with customers to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandise standards, processing stock efficiently and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize store performance.
  • Cultivate a positive team dynamic, embodying Bendon's CORE values and contributing to the success of the store.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain high levels of product knowledge will be essential in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
