Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build business operations dashboards for service delivery, sales pipeline, and project management
  • Create IT monitoring and health dashboards for internal client environment monitoring
  • Develop client-facing dashboard versions for transparent health reporting
  • Recreate and enhance existing reporting solutions with improved functionality
  • Work with data from Microsoft SQL Server (Azure VM) and PostgreSQL databases (Azure Data Factory)
  • Assist in migrating data from various sources into a unified data lake architecture
  • Collaborate on building AI layer foundations for custom, bespoke Power BI reports
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling)
  • Understanding of SQL databases and query optimization
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
