Job Overview

This role requires a highly skilled Performance Manager to deliver success across all facets of the business.

You will manage a developing portfolio of clients, confidently lead a small team, and maintain market-leading views of best practice.

You will be passionate about technology and digital media, expert in biddable activation and outcomes, and nurture junior practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure goals are met
  • Hold constructive performance evaluation meetings with reports, setting clear KPIs and monitoring achievement
  • Assist in training and development of junior team members

Reporting Structure

Reporting to Associate Performance Director, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners, and foster deep trust with agency client teams.

Commercial Activities

You will oversee the end-to-end biddable process, ensuring QA compliance and best practices. Lead biddable projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders to define and deliver success.

Team Management

You will ensure your team delivers on time and accurate commercial tasks, including training & education. Seek improvements to ways of working, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
