We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to join our team at Australian Unity. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering in-home support services to our aged care customers, helping them live independently and remain within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-home support services to aged care customers, including domestic assistance, social support, and administration tasks.
  • Assist customers with activities of daily living tasks based on care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to customers, as well as transportation to appointments and social outings.
  • Report and document progress notes, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and their families.

Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm.
  • Ability to commit to our PAID 2 week Brilliant@Basics training and induction program when you first commence.
