Office Support Specialist

The Service Clerk will provide high-quality customer service to employees and partners within the firm in a timely and professional manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Front of house reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- Catering and office management, including maintaining utility points and kitchens
- Mail sorting and distribution, as well as coordinating and processing outgoing mail
- Booking couriers and banking as required
- AV support, including setting up meeting rooms for client meetings and events
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Service Clerk will also be responsible for attending quarterly fire warden training and acting as warden during annual evacuation exercises.
About the Role and TeamThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Office Services team, working onsite in Perth. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an office or professional services environment is essential, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously. A proactive approach and flexible attitude are also vital in this role.
