We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Mentor to join our team in Ipswich. This role offers the opportunity to transform budding entrepreneurs' business ideas into reality, making a significant impact on people's lives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and guiding participants to achieve successful small business outcomes.
  • Conducting interviews and assessing business applications to identify potential candidates for our program.
  • Delivering training sessions in various skills sets and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business to selected applicants.
  • Assisting with the development of business plans and financial tables to ensure viability and sustainability.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of small business operations, including cash flow management and feasibility assessments.
  • The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate participants in this program, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and business planning, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly developed communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • The ability to work independently in a dynamic and flexible environment, prioritizing high-quality customer service.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) - highly desirable.
  • Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business BSB40320 - highly desirable.
