About The Opportunity
In this role, you will partner with an experienced Associate Director to drive the identification, engagement, and assessment of candidates – assuming full ownership of the candidate relationship lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting clients with retained search by working closely with an Associate Director.
  • Developing and maintaining robust talent pools, as well as proactively managing candidate relationships.
  • Conducting market research to create detailed market maps for each role, highlighting key data, insights, and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Establishing initial contact with potential candidates via various channels to gauge their motivation, interest, and fit.
  • Preparing comprehensive client and candidate reports.
