Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Strategist to help shape our technological future.

This role involves designing and implementing business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, enterprise network, security, and employee-facing technology platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and influence decision-making.

Your deep understanding of enterprise technologies, security, and workforce identity will enable you to drive innovation and excellence in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and set the technological roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting growth.

  • Balanacing technical expertise, strategic thinking, design skills, and influence to drive innovation and excellence in product and service offerings.

  • Define and lead the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, enterprise network, security, and employee-facing technology platforms.

  • Collaborate with other members of the architecture group to shape the technological vision of the company and integrate this vision into the broader business strategy.

  • Ensure the architectural integrity and scalability of our security systems and staff-facing platforms.

You will have a direct impact on shaping the company's technological direction and contributing to its success.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies, including collaboration tools, business applications, audio-visual and messaging technologies, and networking technologies.

  • Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in related roles, including 3+ years in a similar role. Experience in a marketplace and/or digital pure play company with a proven track record of leading large-scale architectural projects considered a plus.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD & FinOps practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Forward-thinking and innovative, with a passion for staying ahead of technology trends and leveraging them to drive business success.
