We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to lead the design development and delivery of projects across all phases.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury hospitality interiors, exceptional eye for detail, and strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and construction processes.
Responsibilities include developing design concepts and plans that meet client requirements, proposing creative design solutions, leading design development and delivery of projects, creating detailed drawings and 3D models, coordinating with FF&E and consultant teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer with significant hospitality project work
- Advanced proficiency in design software AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and construction processes
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills
Additional qualifications include a proven ability to manage design phases from concept to delivery, strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and materials, and strong project management skills.
