Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in the experience transformation, with a dual focus on driving digital content strategy to deliver compelling, seamless, and intuitive experiences across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a small, high-performing team of content designers and specialists to uphold best-in-class standards in content design and governance.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to develop and execute content strategies that guide the creation of high-impact digital content, including microcopy, UI copy, SEO optimised pages, and omnichannel journeys.

The successful candidate will review and elevate the team's content for quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand tone and experience vision.

Responsibilities include managing content lifecycles, creation, maintenance, optimisation, across websites and mobile apps.

Key performance indicators will be analysed to optimise content and support business and customer goals.

The chosen candidate will inspire, coach, and guide a team of digital content professionals.

A culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement will be fostered, with a strong emphasis on UX writing, content design, accessibility, and plain English.

Prioritising and managing multiple content initiatives across regulatory, product, and optimisation projects will also be a key responsibility.

The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across brand, product, marketing, and IT to deliver unified and relevant digital content experiences.

They will own and manage content budgets, forecasts, agency engagement, and reporting.

Leading risk and compliance practices for the team, including content audits, regulatory documentation, and content lifecycle governance will also be required.
