About the Role:
  • Support on-site inspections of lifting equipment, including test and tag
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on product and equipment
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and provide expert advice on quality products
  • Emphasize personal and business safety commitments
  • Liaise effectively with customers at their sites
About You:
  • Demonstrated technical service experience within manufacturing preferred
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
  • Ability to work in physically demanding roles
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Autonomy with a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Relevant certifications/licenses highly desirable

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Welshpool. The role may involve some travel to customer sites across WA.
