The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary senior marketer to join Teva Pharmaceuticals as the Head of Marketing ANZ. This critical position offers the chance to contribute to the ANZ Leadership Team and drive commercial success through marketing management expertise.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for ANZ, providing hands-on inspirational leadership to the marketing team.
  • Contribute to shaping marketing plans for Teva's diverse product portfolios, spanning Innovative Medicines, Generics, and OTC products.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Direct marketing function to execute flawless campaigns and promotional activities, including digital marketing execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
  • Own the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a senior marketing management role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and product launches.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and empower the team.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, coupled with an analytical, problem-solving mindset and sound decision-making skills.
