About the Role

UnitingSA is seeking an experienced Fundraising and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising and partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in driving increased appeal, bequest, and philanthropic donations, as well as strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the fundraising and partnerships strategy to drive growth and engagement.
  • Project manage and coordinate inspiring campaigns and appeals to acquire new supporters and donors.
  • Manage and maintain donor and partner databases and eDM contact lists.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on supporter, donor, corporate partner, and stakeholder data.
  • Manage sponsorship and partnership agreements, records, and payments.
  • Coordinate the delivery and ongoing upkeep of UnitingSA's annual internal and external events program.
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in a similar position in a large organisation.
  • Extensive experience in coordinating the delivery of events, fundraising acquisition, and renewal campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Substantial CRM/database management skills and training.
  • Competent skills within the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organisational, time, and project management skills.
