Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, and advising on recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates through various channels while building and maintaining talent pools for future roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and managing the interview process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent, utilising social media and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Data & Compliance: Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
