About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trolley Collection Driver to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths. As a Trolley Collection Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-maintained and our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle
  • Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays
  • Carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle
  • Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
  • You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks
Requirements
  • You must hold a full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence or Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates)
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
