Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic retail professional to deliver an exceptional customer experience, showcasing our innovative products and technology.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information simply.

  • Deliver hands-on demonstrations of our latest products, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

  • Take ownership of achieving individual and store-based targets, including sales, customer service, and store profitability metrics.

  • Utilize our 4E's framework when interacting with customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

  • Educate and provide guidance on our products and services, proactively approaching customers to generate interest and interest.

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, promoting our brand and products in-store.

About You

You will have a strong understanding of retail principles, a keen interest in technology, and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer-facing roles and/or premium retail environments is advantageous.

  • Customer service and/or sales experience.

  • A confident approach and a friendly, engaging manner.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information simply.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
