Support Care Worker

Ozcare offers part-time opportunities for care workers to provide support and assistance to clients in the Mackay Region.

As a care worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to clients in accordance with their personalised care plans.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance to clients, including showering, dressing and other daily activities
  • Assisting clients to develop skills and promote independence
  • Attending to clients' medication requirements
  • Working as part of the care team to deliver holistic care services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • A current Queensland driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Proof of immunity against certain diseases
