Job Summary:

We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and delivering hot, fresh pizzas to valued customers. This role requires efficiency, reliability, and a positive attitude to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Duties:
    • Deliver orders promptly and safely to customers' locations within the assigned area.
    • Follow all driving laws and company safety guidelines.
  • Customer Service:
    • Interact with customers courteously and professionally.
    • Handle customer queries and concerns, escalating them to the store manager when necessary.
  • Store Support:
    • Assist in-store during downtime, including preparing orders, restocking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
    • Perform basic equipment maintenance, such as ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Collect payment accurately and securely.
    • Report and deposit cash according to company policies.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with the store team to ensure smooth delivery operations.
