Key Responsibilities
  • Lead water infrastructure projects from design to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the work of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a civil or mechanical engineering role, with a focus on water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong civil or mechanical design skills, including experience with water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and storage facilities.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software and experience in developing engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Project management or project support experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
