The successful candidate will support the Insurance Manager to identify customer resolution strategies to minimize customer escalations and determine an appropriate claim fulfillment method that balances customer needs.

Responsibilities include assessing property damage, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving claims efficiently. Essential requirements include experience in the building and construction industry, willingness to travel, and ability to use technology and systems efficiently.
