The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zone Manager to lead 14 Kmart stores across NSW/ACT. As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for leading store teams in making everyday living brighter for our customers, by improving the Kmart shopping experience and making our stores the best place to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead store teams to achieve exceptional results and improve the Kmart shopping experience
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase store productivity, remuneration management, and reduce costs
  • Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build cohesive, engaged, and high-performing teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
