Supportive Home Care

As a Supportive Home Care worker, you have the unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly community members.

You will be working in the Fullarton area, helping our clients maintain their independence and wellbeing. With your assistance, our clients can live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing home help services such as general housekeeping and personal care.
  • Assisting with daily activities like getting clients out of bed, assisting with medications, and mobility and therapy goals.
  • Providing complex care for customers with high care needs.
  • Offering social and emotional support to our clients.

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle.
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support in Ageing.
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role.
