Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to lead our property management division. With a current portfolio of 150 properties and ambitious growth plans, this is a pivotal role for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
  • Manage and mentor the property management team, coordinating on-the-ground tasks effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison between tenants and property owners, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Address tenant requests and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and scheduled plans promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and conduct regular audits.
  • Achieve financial objectives by overseeing rent collection, expense management, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to strategically grow and improve the department.
  • Lead leasing campaigns, ensuring minimal vacancy through competitive advertising and negotiation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in property management with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Ideally a Class 2 Licence
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on client relationships.
  • Proficient in property management software and tools, including Google Suite, PropertyMe, and others.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
