The Opportunity
Ventia is seeking a skilled Vendor Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring our Subcontractor Manager and vendors/clients receive timely support in rectifying system errors.

The Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) provides facilities management services for over 3500 Government-owned sites across 25 Government Agencies. Ventia partners with local small to medium businesses to deliver these services to the community of South Australia, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday. Our AGFMA head office is located in the Adelaide CBD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Freshdesk, ticket/job allocation, aged tickets, and daily performance targets.
  • Use Freshdesk to manage reporting and troubleshooting of setup errors in our systems.
  • Maintain data integrity in the software, including updating company/client details, setting up new users, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
  • Review claims against contract requirements and schedule payments.
  • Assist Subcontractors with work order management.
  • Drive Subcontractor compliance and identify process improvements.
  • Report ticket errors to the Subcontractor Manager to assist in finding fixes and eliminating problems.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Freshdesk or similar ticketing databases.
  • Knowledge/experience with Rapid Global, Panorama, and/or SAP.
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT errors.
  • Finance knowledge advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team.
