Labourer with Plant Operator Experience Wanted

Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a reliable Labourer with Plant Operator experience to work in the Maryborough area on a new project with Landfill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plant to excavate earth, ore and rock, break up pavement, road, rock and obstructions, move and load earth, rock and debris, and level, smooth and compact surfaces in the project.
  • Operate various construction equipment on the job site, including backhoes and air compressors, with prior experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays if required.
  • 10 hour shifts – Start time 6.30am
  • Excellent rates of pay and penalties.
  • Reliable team player
  • Physically fit.
  • Live locally in the Maryborough area.
  • Must have PPE.
  • Must have reliable transport to and from the work location.
  • Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test, Pre-employment medical/and or police check, if required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Prior Earthmoving Operator tickets and/or labouring experience.
  • White card.
