About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our global Litigation and Regulatory team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on domestic and cross-border competition and regulatory matters, including merger clearance, access issues, and litigation before the Courts and Australian Competition Tribunal.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on competition and regulatory matters to clients across various industries
  • Manage complex competition and regulatory cases, including those involving litigation and regulatory investigations
  • Work closely with our global teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in competition and regulatory law

About You

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with a strong background in competition and regulatory law
  • Have experience advising clients on domestic and cross-border transactions
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
  • Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the technical and sectoral issues relevant to our clients
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
