Job Opportunity:

Aged care professionals are sought after to join our organisation as a Registered Nurse.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working and supporting people in remote locations.

You will have a firm yet caring nature and be a hands-on person who is always willing to jump in and support the team when required.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical care to residents within our facility.

Work across a rotating fortnightly roster which includes both day and night shifts and provide clinical leadership, supervision and support for less experienced clinicians and support workers to achieve quality care in accordance with our mission.

To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Full working rights to work in Australia – This package is not offered on a sponsorship basis.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse (in addition to graduate placements) – With preference within a geriatric or aged care environment however, not essential.
  • Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team.
  • Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
