Job Summary

We're seeking charismatic and enthusiastic Christmas Casual Helpers to join our team this holiday season. As a Christmas Casual Helper, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers find the perfect gifts and decorations to make their holiday season special.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to help customers find the perfect products.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Help with operational tasks, such as processing transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display creation to enhance the store's visual appeal.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, during the holiday season.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar role.
