Job Description

The role of a Cafe Manager involves developing and executing strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue, managing a team of passionate baristas and servers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue.
  • Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, and rostering.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement new menu items and promotions as directed by senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the cafe, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Manage marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
