About this role
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead business improvement initiatives in the information management domain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering IT and business projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing project plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business projects, particularly in the information management domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support business analysts in translating business requirements into IT solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing corporate projects from inception to business transition.
- Demonstrated success in delivering information management or document management system projects.
- Experience with SAP DMS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, including task and resource prioritization.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
