Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to provide clinical support during the sales process for our Perioperative product range in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

About the Role:
- You will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and retention through continuing education.
- You will support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and promotions as well as customer training.
- You will utilize market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
- You will produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.

Qualifications and Experience:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical/clinical field is preferred.
- You should have solid clinical/technical experience with demonstrated basic clinical proficiencies on current products.
- You should be able to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.
- You should have solid presentation skills.
- You should have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You should be willing to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows.
- A valid driver's license is a must, as is the requirement for you to be fully vaccinated for Covid.
- You should have proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
- You should be team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
- You should be willing to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
