About the Role

The Sunnyfield enterprise business is focused on delivering high-quality and reliable cleaning solutions for commercial and residential properties. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning operations and support our people in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring all staff follow proper cleaning procedures.
  • Train and motivate cleaning staff to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct inspections of cleaning work to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assign duties to cleaning staff based on workload and site requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints or requests, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment.

About You

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and energetic person who wants to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will demonstrate:

  • A passion for and previous experience in managing a team within a commercial cleaning environment.
  • Ability to support people with an intellectual and/or physical disability in a working environment.
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organisational skills.
