We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Technician to join our team in Griffith, NSW.

• 
  
• Conduct field tests and experiments to support crop production and research.
  
• Provide technical support to ensure optimal land use and crop yields.
  
• Identify and develop strategies to control pests, diseases, and weeds.
  
• Analyze produce to maintain quality standards.
  
• Assist in controlled breeding experiments to develop improved crops.
  
• Collate and analyze data for research purposes.
  
• Support planning and coordination of harvesting and production processes.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
  

• 
  
• At least three years of experience in agricultural science or technology.
  
• Familiarity with manual and/or computerized systems.
  
• Ability to read, understand, and enforce safety procedures.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and initiative.
  
• Strong team player with flexibility in working hours.
  
• A current driver's license.
