About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Bonds Macarthur Square store during the Christmas period.

This is a casual role, requiring flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods. The successful candidate will be required to work from November 2024 to January 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them locate items.
  • Ensure the store looks fantastic by replenishing stock and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Create a magical shopping experience for customers during the holiday season.
  • No prior experience necessary - comprehensive induction and training provided to set you up for success.

  • You love interacting with people and have the confidence to engage in conversations with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, juggle multiple priorities, and focus on what matters most.
  • You're able to manage your time effectively and work in a busy environment with confidence.
  • You're adaptable, proactive, and able to show initiative, problem-solve, and ask questions when needed.
