About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and friendly Lifeguards to become part of our team. In this role, you will ensure that all areas of the facility, including customer service and aquatic zones, are safe and enjoyable for all visitors. You will also oversee pool plant systems, which requires a solid understanding of technical operations and water quality management.
We are looking for individuals who have a strong commitment to safety in aquatic environments. Ideal candidates will be energetic, outgoing, and possess a fun-loving attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week, including weekends, is essential.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and public safety in aquatic settings
- Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory

Qualifications Required
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certification
- Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
