Job Summary

Whizdom Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration of project security documentation and facilitating the process associated with security certification and the accreditation of its associated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the security accreditation process within Defence, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with certification consultants to ensure security documentation is fit for purpose.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security frameworks, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive security improvements within the organization.

Requirements

  • Current Positive Vetting level Security Clearance (TSPV)
  • Strong background in network and application security, with experience in facilitating the security accreditation process within Defence.
  • Knowledge and experience with Government security frameworks such as the Information Security Manual (ISM).
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with certification consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
