Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Practice Operations Manager to lead our team of highly skilled laser & skin therapists and cosmetic injectors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive clinic sales performance, coach team members, and set high standards through hands-on interactions with clients.

Your success will be measured by your ability to guide the team to become experts in our services, ensuring a client experience that fosters loyalty and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive clinic sales performance by implementing effective strategies and coaching team members to achieve targets.
  • Set high standards through hands-on interactions with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and productive work environment by promoting open communication, positive relationships, and ongoing professional development.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of clinic operations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and embracing new ideas and technologies.
Requirements
  • A Certification IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams, demonstrating leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in clinic operations.
  • Proven ability to exceed clinic sales targets, both personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting a results-driven approach.
  • Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is a valuable asset.
