About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Risk Work Trainer/Assessor to join our team at MultiSkills Training. As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training and assessment services to our students, ensuring that they meet the required standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment services, combining theoretical and practical activities, to ensure students meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Supervise students' behaviors and provide motivating and engaging training to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site, and you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Perform other general duties as required to support the smooth operation of our training programs.
Requirements
  • Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) and demonstrated lifting experience within the construction, civil, resources, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Be accredited by WorkSafe (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable) and eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check.
  • Be an Australian Resident and hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
