Role Overview

We are seeking experienced lawyers at Senior Associate level to join our team. These roles involve front-end advisory work on major projects and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and project finance. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in transactional infrastructure and procurement, as well as excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be part of a highly collaborative and dynamic team, working on a range of projects across Victoria and nationally. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and contribute to shaping the future of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on major projects and infrastructure transactions, including PPPs and project finance;
  • Draft and negotiate documents for infrastructure projects and general construction matters;
  • Collaborate with partners and other team members to deliver high-quality results;
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training within the team;

Requirements

We welcome applications from lawyers with a minimum of 5-8 years PQE, preferably with specialist major projects and infrastructure industry experience. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
