
Control System Specialist

The company's world-class workforce puts customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything it does. As a Controls Technician / Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality systems, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Service, Preventative Maintenance and Commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systems.
- Configure software, test, calibrate, and diagnose maintenance issues, repair equipment, and perform basic programming.
- Ensure jobs executed on site align with directions provided by Service Management/Operations teams.
- Offer technical support to team members, installers, and service agents.
- Coordinate and provide field data and documents to Operations/Service Management teams.
- Participate in safety toolbox talks and regular site meetings.
- Complete checklists for jobs, use personal protective equipment according to procedures, and ensure 'alarmed' calls are resolved to customer satisfaction.
- Take part in an 'on-call' roster and protect Company equipment issued.
Requirements:
- Existing skills and experience in Building Management Systems are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering quality service and building excellent relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in computer hardware setup, MS Office, and databases.
