We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Civil infrastructure projects and working closely with our clients to provide technical expertise and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of Civil infrastructure projects, ensuring technical adherence and quality assurance standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Designers to develop and deliver engineering deliverables.
  • Liaise directly with Project Managers and Clients to provide regular project updates and prepare technically sound proposals and reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent), including the ability to obtain chartership.
  • Infrastructure project experience working within a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Substantial experience in general road engineering, particularly Main Roads and general Civil infrastructure design.
  • Experience in Civil infrastructure, Defence, land subdivision and building civil works.
  • Prior experience providing mentorship or leadership to junior team members.
  • Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
