Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team at the Ormeau site. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive systems engineering and assurance services across the entire system engineering lifecycle.

This role involves achieving project milestones within schedule, conducting activities per ISO/IEEE standards, managing DOORS and requirements throughout the project, performing verification and validation, participating in assurance gate submissions, contributing to design reviews, workshops, and site installations, and delivering high-quality engineering services on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve project milestones within schedule.
  • Conduct activities per ISO/IEEE standards.
  • Manage DOORS and requirements throughout the project.
  • Perform verification and validation.
  • Participate in assurance gate submissions.
  • Contribute to design reviews, workshops, and site installations.
  • Deliver high-quality engineering services on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • Practical experience in rail systems engineering phases.
  • Skilled in requirements development and management.
  • Experience in integration, verification, validation, and qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team-focused, motivated, and self-driven.
